SHIPPING PRACTICE

AND WHEREAS in order that the said cargo might
be so forwarded it became necessary to provide
funds to meet the expenses of discharging ware-
housing and reshipping the said cargo and other
necessary disbursements on account of the said

above obligation is such that if the said

said cargo to its destination without unnecessary
